She (Dr. Karen Adams); examined me and concluded that I did indeed have all of the symptoms described above.

Sooooo, she prescribed a Lidocaine Solution that is placed into a Cotten ball, then applied to the entrance of the vagina and surrounding entrance. Then wait 5 minutes before intercourse. It worked!
She (also) prescribed an Estrogen Cream that is applied to all areas around the vaginal, including the labia and clitoris. I applied that every day for 2 weeks, then reduced to 3 times a week.

Another VERY important cure is to use SILICONE liberication...NOT...Water Soluable products like KY. No comparison! Silicone is the only way to go!
