Just noticed your post. The only thing that came to mind was SAA? Hope you can find the support that you need.

I’m there with you. I can say that the online SAA groups are wonderful and they have a ton of free resources to help you. That said, please don’t put yourself through the horrible awkward experience of going to an in-person meeting unless you’re 100% guaranteed there will be at least 2 other women there! I ended up the lone woman in a room once and it was like being a seal in a tank of sharks.
