I have been having hot flushes for over a year now and I am constantly hot, I did go and see my doctor last year, she thought it was menopause but my blood tests came back normal.

Even now it's so cold outside and I am so hot, my family always want the heating on and I don't.

I don't know if this is early menopause but it's driving me mad.

Sorry you're going through that. Have you ever tried talking to a TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) doctor? They can do amazing things with acupuncture. Helps me regulate my hormones, cycle etc. Maybe it would help you? Good luck

It can be perimenopause. None of the typical tests would show that. Do you skip periods?

I am on the mini pill and was recommended to go on it because my periods were round the bend. My doctor sent me for an ultrasound and they found that I had a fibroid .
