What do you crave during PMS? What have you found to be the healthy alternative?
I crave sweet beverages like hot coco and apple cider. To avoid excessive sugar, I switched over to the healthy alternative of chocolate and apple cider-flavored teas. This way, I satisfy my palate without adding on sugar (or calories!) |

ennie, did I read you right that there's a chocolate-flavored tea?
I love chocolate, too. Hershey's even has some sugar free chocolate and there are other brands of it also. You might check that out. ![]() |

Chocolate seems to be the common craving. I crave it year-round, but especially around PMS!
