Have you ever experienced love for your enemies?
How do I become a “good person” who “loves” those who are cruel to me? (Not about anyone on pc) __________________ |

I experience compassion, sympathy or empathy for my "enemies" but I do not even like to refer to people as enemies. The reason is, if I refer to them as enemies it implies that I still interact with them in some way and people that are bad for me or treat me bad enough to be considered enemies do not get any airplay in my head. I disengage completely to protect myself.
