This is kind of embarrassing to talk about,
But I don't really know where else to talk about this? I exercise vigorously 3 times a week most weeks... Lately, I've noticed that I have a really horrible *smell* "down there" after each work out. I used to smell pretty "off" in general, but I've started using a new deodorant and it's been helpful for my armpits. But everywhere else??? I talked to my trainer, who is also a woman, and she suggested I use baby powder between my legs so I don't sweat so much. I've tried it, but it just makes my smell so much worse! It seems to get worse during my period... But even when I'm not on my period, I still smell. I don't know what more to do?! I try to wash frequently and i use a pH balanced body wash.... I'm at a loss for what more to do. __________________ "Should I tear my eyes out now? Everything I see returns to you somehow.." |

You need to see a GYN asap, do you have one? There are many infections that will cause a bad odor. DO NOT use powder. Johnson and Johnson was just sued for millions and lost because they found out their powders used for feminine hygiene caused ovarian cancer.

example usually new or unusual odors usually point to a bacterial infection that smnells like rotten fish. the doctor does his internal exam and they will notice a rotton fishy smell then prescribe medication for it. by the way baby powder has recently been linked to cancer, only use approved for that area powders line vagisil. its talc free powder that can be used down below and everywhere else safely. but first check with your doctors. |
