I feel awake but I am still tired. It was a fit-full sleep. But my cat was with me, which helped me feel calm. I hope you can get some sleep soon.

Sorry you’re not sleeping, raging vortex. If it’s any consolation, I was kept awake most of last night by one of the dogs. Wasn’t even allowed a consolation lie in after breakfast!
I’m tired and got work tomorrow. Had annual leave this week and it just flew by!

I know my mood is low when I don’t care enough to wear a bra to go out to the front garden/letter box. Yes, I do need one.

had a bit of a shock today... checked my emails and found someone had tried to log in to a site using my email (I had 35 reset password requests)

but they didn't get far, thank god. I logged in to the site later myself and everything seems normal.

they can't do much... I'd have to click on reset first

This morning has been difficult. I don't feel well. I may try to meditate soon.

Tired, work performance wasn’t brilliant but I got through in the end. Unusually quiet in town, maybe because of the bank holiday but it was nice regardless.

everything that arived today in my shopping delivery was junkfood, and after yesterday's eating habbits (absolutely embarrassing) I'm sure I'll be eating a good chunk of it today too. I am having a regular meal later (I'm having pizza), but it won't be filling: only one meal satisfies me, and that is mcdonalds

today I am going to watch a programme about medical emergencies in the UK. honestly, I don't want to, but it's that or sit here focussed on my uglyness and how painful my body is- and I think I'd choose the medical show

plus: yesterday was wasted so badly, I really need to do something... even if it is just to watch a show

I still don't feel well physically. I'm getting a Covid test tomorrow. I found a drive up place right across from my street off the main road. So I'm glad about that.

@Deilla I hope it went okay today.

I feel depressed today. I've been self-isolating a bit, which I know isn't healthy. But I'm happy I have at least recognized this. I reached out here on PC this evening and am going to try to talk to some friends tomorrow. Also I'm meeting with a new therapist tomorrow as well which I'm trying to be optimistic about.

I had my Covid test yesterday. I'll get results in a couple more days. I'm glad I got it out the way. It was pretty stressful to take care of.

I hate having COVID tests, hope yours wasn’t too uncomfortable for you!
I’m doing pretty ok right now, but the day hasn’t really started yet lol. I’m probably going to work on my crafts for a while, then run some errands later.

It was a little uncomfortable. I sort of felt like the nurse was a bit too rough. My nose bothered me for a while and my eyes watered. But it's done. Hope your day goes well!

so my care team have just been on the phone- and apparently, they want to arange for me to have live in care (based on what I've been telling them about
my pain, and the minimal results they are seeing in an improvement)

I was basically told today by the team that my body is on it's way out, and I was told they won't give me anything else- won't try me with anything else,
I should just accept it, and accept the fact that I'm going to need extra care

they said if their's ever any concerns email us, but I'm looking at a waiting list of 6 months to get the kind of care I need, and until then, I just need
to "struggle on"

I am only in my 20;s, and I certainly didn't want to here this at such a young age

but their it is. I guess a new era and a new reality (new normal) is on it's way, a lot sooner than I'd hoped

My Covid test was negative. I’m really glad. I decided to get my car serviced today.
