Most of yesterday was pretty good. I watched skiing & ice skating on NBC. And I visited other countries via travel shows on tv. (I love how we don't lose our luggage watching tv.) I'm feeling ok right now.

I'm doing well. I cut my hair today and now I'm coloring it. Just waiting for the timer to go off. I picked an "intense burgundy".

I was incontinent 4 times last night, not just a little, either. apart from dealing with that, I do have something to smile about: today when I did my quiz, I scored 9/10 on my quiz. it would have been 10, but I didn't know who hosted the last olympic games. I am also going to have pancakes today for shrove tuesday. sugar and lemmon

well: I didn't get to have the pancakes

partly because I just sat around all day feeling sorry for myself (depression), and partly because I didn't have any lemmon.
but I will have some this week for sure...... nom nom nom nom

Kudos to all women in this forum for we are strong! Yet hindrances get in our way for sure Take a time to take care of yourselves. The trick to self-care is to look for little things you can do every day to help yourself feel well. I'll share my routine when having an attack.

I force myself to shower, put on make-up, body oil, lit scented candles, turn on the Himalayan salt lamp, Mangosteen with Moringa lotion, and meditate.

This routine may work for me but not for others, I understand that. But don't forget to take care especially in these difficult times.
