how is everyone doing today

I am in pain because I showered this morning, however: a positive to come out of today is that I found one of the lids to my perfume bottles (been looking for it for a while)

I did not get any sleep last night, which may be why I am having a hard time motivating myself. But my mood overall is good. I am trying to enjoy some leisure time and let the work get done when I am ready.

Trying to relax this morning. I'm a little anxious because of a bad situation happening, but I did everything I could to deal with it. Now I just have to wait. I'm also a little frustrated that I can't see out of my new glasses. If I raise my head up unnaturally, then I can see. But who does that?

I have decided to use my hawaiian perfume more.

I was told I smell nice wearing it, and honestly I never reallyn oticed it (I mean I noticed the smell, but never on me.)

it's encouraging. I like to smell nice

hey amy,

my favorite is called "good girl", and is made by the company carolina herera

but I also use sarah jessica parker, a britney spears one, a beyonce one, and quite a bit of stuff from victoria's secret (awesome shop)

seriously if I had the money to spend in their every week, I would. they do great stuff- not just perfumes, they do good handcream too

I am so glad it's autumn. Our summer, for California, wasn't too bad, but I am so over the heat. Happy to have the chilly mornings and cool eves. Rain would be nice.

I'm okay; looking forward to my therapy appt. tomorrow, though anxious because after that Mary (my T) will be gone for 12 days, meaning I'll miss 3 appointments.

stopping by to let everyone know I am still here and still planning to be an activer user here

I've not been on much because I have been getting ready for christmas. I love that time of year especially, I never used too (because of a traumatic time in the hospital), but I have learned to really apreciate christmas- and use it as a chance to treat myself and reflect on the past year. I may not have anyone to spend it with, but that's okay because I do the stuff I like, decorations, food, etc

I had quite a traumatic weekend with triggers and thoughts (suicidal and other stuff), but today I am just trying to focus on christmas and the planning (this afternoon I am going to put up my tree, and use that as a distraction)

plus: I am listening to christmas music. anything to try not to think about stuff.
