Hi Ladies PMS Dreams

Do you ever get strange or disconcerning dreams right before your period starts? And 2 days before your dreams are normal (not scary dreams)?

Yes...... this used to happen to me a lot in the past and my doctor explained it to me that it was just my mind and body working together emotionally to help me release the inner issues that I was presently dealing with from my past.

PMS + HORMONES + EMOTIONS = Strange DREAMS.
