yesterday sophie asked me word for word " how is the toilet situation?" (which I thought was a bit weird to ask me randomly in conversation), told her it was okay, but honestly it isn't. I am not sure why I showered yesterday, because 60 minits after *sighs*
and I've spent a good majority of the day today farting

loudly lol

I actually went with it today... usually when it happens I feel embarrassed and beat myself up, but not today.

celebrating the little things... always the way to go

it is about time I posted again to this thread because I have not updated it for quite sometime
I am finding that lately I am having okay mornings, but bad afternoons- and okay again in the evenings

I don't know why this is (but for the last few days it's been like this), today I just had a bad evening too

What a miserable thing to live with raging vortex. Please, please see a urologist, or any medical professional, that cares enough about you to try and work through the issues. This it sounds like it may need surgical intervention.
Please check your medications that may play a hand in this.

Has anyone talked to the therapist about this? I don't know if it would be weird for me to do so.
