I feel overwhelmed today. I have too much to do today and I am in physical pain. I just want to lay around in bed all day and meditate. I'll take care of my morning routine then go back to bed.

I'm trying to lift myself up with some coffee & at least I'm enjoying the coffee. Maybe there's something in the air that just needs to run its course. Also I think some things are the way they are & that's all there is to it, like we're at an intersection & we have to wait for the light to turn green.

The men in and out of my life are really getting on my nerves . Yesterday my ex husband called me a dumb *** , stupid and told me to **** off. My fiancé continues to ignore my calls and texts as usual . I really wish I hadn’t checked my blocked messages last month. I know why I did it. I’m thinking that going back to him is a good idea even though it didn’t work the first time I tried to rekindle the relationship.
