I'm alright. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist tonight. I'm hoping she keeps my meds the same.

I made it to my dental appointment. Got the problem I was having taken care of and they cleaned my teeth. I am good for a while.

My psychiatrist did keep all my meds the same. She told me to do something that brings me joy in the morning. I haven't decided what that is yet.

I've had a busy morning today. I accomplished 3 major tasks. I have two more to go. And then I will unwind with a game and a nice drink.

@Breaking Dawn, yeah. It's been a nice day. I'm glad you're doing better too. It does feel like spring is in the air. And my mom helped me out today with something that was urgent. She was in the neighborhood and it all worked out. I also talked to her about the other day. She is caring for my sister, who needs surgery. And she is doing so many other things for people. So I understand why she couldn't come out.

I had a decent therapy session today, minus the anxiety I felt in session. My therapist told me to start each day by setting an intention for the day, like a feeling I want to focus on. It seems like an interesting idea. I am going to give it a try.

I'm very glad it was a sunny day today. That helps a lot. Sometimes something as simple as that can make the difference, for me at least.

Wow! It's really March already. I think March is my favorite month. It's sunny today, and that helps lift my mood. I've been busy with all kinds of projects. I guess I feel good, but I have some dread about the chores I have to do today. And I'm slowly working on my ADL's. I need a coffee boost.
