I've been trying to work on mindfulness. I'm hoping it helps me. I'm worrying about Monday and I really need to focus on the present moment and enjoy my weekend.

Today was okay. I'm in a positivity group on Facebook and it was kind of negative there today so that was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise not much to report.

I have an appointment today. I feel anxious about it. But I'm prepared. It's a vet appointment for my cat. I worry about getting him in the carrier. I worry about trying to catch him. Vet appointments are really hard. I will do my best.
