I'm struggling a little tonight. I just finally took my nighttime meds. I will try to relax for a little bit. Part of me just wants to meditate with my cats and the other part wants to drink iced coffee and play games. Maybe I can do both. I have the time.

Feeling depressed. I saw my therapist today who was slightly helpful. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

I'm having a tough morning. This weather is getting to me. My appointments had to be rescheduled and my groceries won't arrive until tomorrow. It could be worse so I'm trying to be thankful. I feel like I'm suffocating though. It might warm up some today. I might try to open my slider to get some much-needed fresh air.

I've been enjoying the news about NASA's rover, Perseverance, & the dronelike helicopter, Ingenuity, landing on Mars yesterday. So that's been an upper for me. Plus I have fulfilled a couple of my goals that turned out really good. I have more to do today & I'm hoping I'll be lucky again.

the whole concept of traveling to mars, or landing on mars, or even seeing space from a rocket is facinating

if money wasn't an issue, and they found a way to do it, I'd defenetly go up
I think my main concern would be what would I eat?. what do they eat in space. can you even eat with no gravity?

Think I did fairly well at work today, though I’m still really wanting to leave and inside I’m getting really irritated at just how much there always is to do - I’m not the problem but it’s hard to actually, truly convince myself it’s not my fault I don’t get much done in a day.

It's 1:15 AM, I am so tired and want to sleep but period cramps are driving me insane. I've been trying to sleep for 2 hours. it's been a long time since dinner so a pain killer would make me feel icky. I've been curled up in bed, pacing around my apartment, even doing yoga poses in the middle of the night but none of it is helping

I feel a little sad this morning. I am tired. I've been working on a project and it's not going as well as I would like. I think I just need a break from it. So I will get some rest and try to do fun things in the morning. I tried. I did the best I could. Technology can be so frustrating sometimes.

I don't really have anything to report. But I like to read what you are saying.

ant and dec returned to tv today and I sat their watching it

well, bit of a correction: I sat their crying as they both tried to play a game of football and be the winner. what's sad about a game of football I don't know, but my emotions... like everything else, tend to be ****ed. happy show, sad gal. dunno why. perhaps watching it reminds me of the fact I've never played with a ball (true fact)

Hoping I don’t get asked to work today. I have to go in anyway, for the weekly covid test, but hoping hard that’s the only thing they’ll want me for.

I don't feel well today. My toothache is really bothering me. I feel run down and depressed. Someone really disappointed me. I'm having a hard time moving on from that.
