It is an interesting example of how technology influences discourse. Had it not been for vibrators, I wonder if the topic of masturbation (literally by hand) would be as out there in the open now. |

Interesting question. Of course, men always do it by hand--so why can't women and it be considered okay to talk about? Maybe because that doesn't involve a "man part"?

I think masturbation is natural and normal, and we shouldn't be embarrased to talk about it.....I have masturbated by hand, but I have to admit I prefer a vibrator.
