stains from tinted mineral sunscreen

I live in the US and do not have access to advance ingredients sunscreen available in Europe, Asia, Australia. In the US, I find that what works best for me is mineral sunscreen which is a mix of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide (I use CeraVe which provides great smooth coverage at an attractive price point). I put sunscreen every morning on my face, neck, ears, and decolletage. The trouble is, it stains the top of some of my clothes. I do not know how to find a solution to this problem. Has anyone figured it out?

I also use the tinted CeraVe mineral sunscreen. I too have stains and no helpful advice. Just wanted to let you know someone else shares your laundry challenge.

I am wondering if you can order advanced sun screen types you are talking about online. Have you tried not tinted Sun screen?

Have you tried Clorox II color safe bleach on the stains?

I will try Clorox color safe, thank you.

Non-tinted mineral is even worse as it leaves a white cast.

Non-tinted chemical is not an option because you need to wait 15 minutes after applying it before stepping outside and I do not have an extra 15 minutes in my mornings.

I forgot what was an obstacle to buying foreign sunscreen online last I looked into it. I will research this issue again.

Try ammonia if bleach is not suitable.

I gave up with the tinted mineral sunscreens. I went to the chemical side... Right now I am using one by Vichy and it is, by far, one of the best ones. La Roche-Posay makes a pretty good one too. I just avoid avobenzone.

I did not realize that Toleriane came with SPF. But doesn't it have avobenzone that you said you avoided?

Have you tried straight dawn dish soap to pretreat? That's usually my first try go-to for stains. If that doesn't work, soak in a strong oxiclean solution if possible?

You are right. I either missed it or they changed the formula.

I have Dawn dish soap but I have not tried it. I will! Thank you for the tip.

Oxy clean spray cleans everything. It’s the best but it won’t help if it’s discoloration

Here's another idea:

Last week I spilled some BB cream on the carpet and had been procrastinating cleaning it because it's a pain to get out. Went to take care of it a few hours ago, and there was a spray bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol nearby, so being lazy I grabbed it and started there. Took it out almost instantly. So rubbing alcohol might work too.

So I bought the Vichy sunscreen which is not mineral and not tinted. It did not work on my face which became oily. It works very well on my hands and the formulation is very elegant: it goes on so easily. Still, I probably won't rebuy because it is expensive for a basic sunscreen with the ingredient list = AVOBENZONE 3% • HOMOSALATE 5% • OCTISALATE 5% • OCTOCRYLENE 7%. I will look for some store brand product with the same ingredient list and try various until I find something that goes on so smoothly. But I like the idea of non-tinted sunscreen for my hands, so that they do not stain items I touch.
