I buy yeast creams, antibiotics, etc constantly because otherwise I would be at the gyno every month paying $60 plus hundreds of dollars for swabs trying to detect what the problem is— it is different each time. It always feels the same. Sometimes it’s yeast. Sometimes it’s a UTI. Sometimes it’s BV. I buy all the over the counter preventative stuff. I take lots of pyridium to ease the pain. I'm so sorry, maddie. I was diagnosed with a metabolic problem years ago--not handling calcium oxalate--so I was given a list of foods to avoid. I also connected with the Vulvar Pain organization. (Be back in a bit with more details.) Okay, here you go:
Welcome to The VP (Vulvar Pain) Foundation I don't know if it deals with internal pain, but it's worth a try. There would be a lot of supportive women there, too, who might have othery suggestions. Please keep us informed. We definitely care. i hope you feel better soon. |
