Does anyone know if early menopause reveals adult ADD? Are hot flashes worse because of this? Would love to hear from any woman who was diagnosed ADD after 35..... I have never been a long sleeper, but I wake up at least 20 times per night, so not only am I exhausted, I'm cranky as all get out.

Sounds like a question for a good doctor or psychiatrist. There could be many things making you so hyper or agitated, including aspects of your lifestyle.

What you have described could just be a part of the menopause process....... I would talk to your GYN about it.
