I am 50 and had a hysterectomy when I was 34. I was wondering if anyone here has had a hysterectomy, and the longer the period between the surgery and now, the better?

If so, could you PM me, I have some questions?

Thank you in advance...

They won't do that just because you want them to, will they?

One more question.....

When you had your hysterectomy, did they take your ovaries also?

I still have mine, so I have a separate set of questions for those of you who still have yours.

Thanks again everyone!

I had one at 32...only 39 now though, so not that long ago. I had one ovary left due to young age. So may be able to help in your second set of questions!
