Okay.. here goes.

Two weeks ago, i started on BC pills called Marvelon. Suddenly, in the middle of the cycle, i started bleeding. eight days in they changed my pill to Ovral because its stronger and would apparently stop the bleedng. Well, it didn't and Im still bleeding.

On top of that, its worse tonight and now I am passing clots - nothing huge, but about the size of a quarter. And having cramps.

I called the hospital and they asked me the dreaded question might I have somehow gotten pregnant. Well, bf and I had two accidents right before i started the pills... so i guess its a possibility. I KNOW they asked that to find out if i might have been miscarrying, and that freaks me out.

I am going in first thing tomorrow morning but am so freaked out now. I'm bleeding through a tampon in two hours or less and thats STRANGE for me, usually im light as anything. And on top of that its not like a period its bright red.

So worried ladies... I wasn't ready for another kid yet but I would still be heartbroken to find out I was miscarrying a life that could have been, you know? I don't know, maybe that doesnt make sense..

bebop is right, please go to er (((rainbowzz))) - it might be because of the bc pills, it might be because of the pregnancy (i won't get into details but sometimes when women miscarry, the bleeding goes on and on and it needs to be treated) or something else. my friend had very long periods, i think the condition was called van willebrandt disease, but it was treatable. hope it all goes well.

That makes sense to me.. I don't want kids, but if I got pregnant.. I think I'd be heartbroken at the idea of an abortion, or if I miscarried.
