i have a kind of weird question. i am 34, and at 26 i started getting hot flashes. they have progressively gotten worse. in fact one hot flash i had i was dripping sweat really bad, and had goose bumps on my arms, and was shaking, and having some difficulty breathing. anyone deal with this or heard of it?

I would see a dr and at least get a hormone level done to see if maybe they are out of whack.

Yes, I too would suggest that you check with your doctor - as I started going through early menopause when I was just 25... it happens to some of us.... if it is not menopause then your doctor can take a history profile and do some blood work to rule out or confirm any other medical issues.
