I am not having my period, but I might as well be.
I have all the other symptoms. I am bloated as hell,
cramps are killing me (pain meds aren't working),
and on top of it all, I am really freakin nauseous.

I don't know why, but "down there" kinda feels like it
does when it's bloody... all kindy... how do I describe it...
gooey and yucky. Even after I shower and such.

And I don't know why, but I am like a week or so late...
last month, I started on the 16th.

I so wish there was a way to make myself start.

Do you have a doctor you can call and get an appointment with next week? There are many things that can cause your period to be late some serious others not so serious, but it is good to have these kind of things checked out.

I would make an appt with your GYN as you may need to take medicine to help your body flow during your period.... I know I too about ten years ago.

another thing that would also be good to check: the possibility of pregnancy.

I hope you can get in to see a gynecologist and feel better soon!

Sometimes I get more intense symptoms like that the week before. Stress can cause all kinds of body icky-ness. It's always best to check in with a doc.

Like the others said, see a GYN. But you can feel like that the week before you get your period. I never get my period on the same date every month, it varies with up to two weeks.

If you start vomiting stomach acid first thing in the morning, you should really see your doctor. x)

UPDATE
I started... it is very very light...
like it seems more like spotting than an actual period,
but it will get heavier... maybe???

Is there any possibility that you may be pregnant? I have had many periods that started out slow and then picked up after a day or two, I still think you should be checked by a doctor to be safe. My doctor says that if there is anything abnormal about my period then I should call, I don't actually follow this rule but it is my advice to you.

My periods tend to start out really light when I'm stressed or anxious, and then hit me with the heaviness the next day. When my feelings are flowing more naturally with less blocks, the flow comes on heavy right away.
But that's me.

there could be many reasons for a spotty period. I for one have crazy periods. I have PCOS which makes mine irregular and very painful. Mine vary anywhere from 23 days to 32 days. Sometimes I even skip one or two. Your hormones could just be a little off. but it could be stress related. Just check with your DR
