I got a phone call today for a interview. The lady said this Thursday and it's for a cleaning job. It's a cleaning job I know because the woman said 6am till 8am. That's the hours for a cleaner. I work with my dad cleaning 8 until 9:30 or later depending how messy the place is. I've worked with my dad for 10 months. So I have 10 months cleaning experience. I am a bit prepared. I tried looking for it but I think I know where it is. I don't know what happens if I can't find it. Gosh, I hate being a nervous wreak! I've decided I'm going to wear black trousers with a nice shirt with black shoes. Something smart to wear. I'll prepare myself with the questions soon. I'll talk to myself as if I was the asked the question and I'll look up questions they might ask. Preparing myself does make me less nervous but I hope I get this job.

Do a search for interview questions and answers. It'll give you a list of questions and example answers. I did this before my last interview and it helped calm my nerves a ton! Not to mention, it helped that they ended up being some of the same questions asked during the interview.

Also, ask your dad what kind of questions they might ask. Since he's in the business he might have a good idea of what they'll want to know.

Congratulations on the interview! I'll have my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Good luck on your interview! You have made all the right moves: thought out your answers, chosen a good outfit to wear and have thought about where the place is and how to get there. You're a good person and I wish you the very best.

I have been to the interview. It was good. The lady was very friendly and I believe I was confident. The lady spoke about the job and asked me to talk about myself. I believe the interview went well. Then, she asked me if I could start as soon as possible. I said yes. She said something about phoning me around lunchtime and she would tell me I can start on monday. Now I have to wait for a phone call and hopefully telling me I can start soon.
Thanks for this!
