I work as a social worker, I started at 20 hours per week then 30, and next week I am going to full time and having a lot of anxiety about that. Been out of the psych hosp 17 months now. Don't want to lose it again. I am only used to working until 4 and having Fridays off, really stressing on being able to do that. I have BP 2. Just needed to talk.

Can you not stay on the 30 hours if you are comfortable with that?

If it is already causing you anxiety it may not be a great idea...but, on the other had, maybe you could try it for a couple weeks and see how it goes. If it is to much on you then maybe you can talk to your supervisor about staying at 30 hrs.
