I received a job offer for a dream job (ok its on call retail, but its in cosmetics which I LOVE. the offer was made by a former manager) and I am freaking out. I have been unemployed since March and haven't made much of an effort to find work since I have been going through an episode. Though the job is probably not a good fit for me since I don't drive and really have no real way to get out there, the thought of going to work again is really scaring me. I am very good at retail, receiving two promotions in a year and a half and being in positions of leadership...why is such a small job freaking me out????

Is it because you haven't' worked in awhile? Are you afraid of the customers? ARe you wondering how you're going to get there? Since it was offered by a former manager, are you afraid of making good for him/her? Are you afraid of failure?

You need to really think this out calmly. I'm sure if you sit and really think this out calmly and quietly, you'll figure it out.

I hope you get the job and find a way out there whenever you have to work. Best of luck and God bless. Hugs, Lee
