Is something I have discovered for myself.

It´s impossbile to "believe" when you´re constantly feel the "need" to be or do anything. It just suffocates the belief because it takes away space.

Anyway, I think we do need to believe in ourselves to be happy and achieve good things.

haha thanks- any ideas on how to diminish some of the "needyness"?
