I currently work as a data coordinator (basically it's a data entry job for an organization). I spend a lot of my time sitting in front of a computer and I don't get up much at all throughout the day which is a bad habit I got into. I have been at my current job for a little over 5 years now and I'm really feeling like I need a change of scenery, but I have no idea what I want to do. I'm a socially reserved person so my type of job suits me, but it doesn't make me happy. I have a 2 year associate's degree from a business school specializing in administrative secretary work. I have a passion for the arts, entertainment industry, and museums, but unfortunately either no museums are hiring a job I am qualified for or I applied when they were hiring and never heard back from them. I would love to get another computer related job, but I'm hoping to either just do part-time work with a $18-20 per hour pay rate or get a job that I could potentionally do from home. Any ideas????

Hi, not sure how much I can relate or help as your education and job is vastly different from my own, but...why aren't you checking out jobs while you're online? Or going offline and visiting the places where you wish to work? (If you work in that type of city).

And good luck with $18 an hour. I truly hope you can get it. I work FT and make $8 an hour after 8 years...so go for it while you're young and still can, or you'll end up where I am.
