If it had not been for the fact i got all the money for extra time (He made me work like crazy, weekends , nights, holidays, from home of course) + nice compensation package, I would have sued the company or if possible only him big time.
I consulted a labour law attorney who confirmed he violated 4 laws.....I knew that but wanted to make sure.

I was so shocked because he mislead me for weeks making me think i am getting a raise and he wants me to sign a permanent contract.
Then out of the blue he showed up with the nasty HR lady and they lied to my face about sudden changes in the "organizational needs" and then fired me.
I was and still am adored by all my co workers and i did great there and never heard a complaint from him about my technical level or abilities.

I am trying to look forward, started sending CVs, but i keep asking myself:

WHY???

I'm sorry that this happened to you. Things like this are so frustrating.

you've had 3 jobs, I'm sure you'll get a 4th and hopefully it's a better fit.

Good luck.
Thanks for this!

Take it from some one who has been in leadership and management positions, even if we like some one and do plan or want to hire them, things change and there is always some one higher up to answer to. He should not have led you on, that is so unprofessional and wrong because he should know things can change. And he should have been more honest as to why you were being discharged/terminated. Thanked you for a terrific job you did and explained why things changed and with regret must let you go. That would be the correct way to let some one who did a great job go.

Thank you.
The guy is a narcissistic person with poor human skills and awful style of management.
Moreover, most of his employees do not respect him, they FEAR him.
I am good at what I do.
I deserve better.

I sympatize with you. I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago. It sucks. Hope you find something much better.
