I need a new job! My pdoc told me to seek partial disability, but I'm not ready to do that. I'm going to continue to try to make it in the real work of working full-time. I plan to look for a new job instead of staying in one that is toxic and stressful and just cause me major health problems. There are jobs out there that are less stressful and people to work with who aren't ^#%%$^. It is a very stressful move and a lot of work, but I need to do it. This is going to be hard, but for the best. Wish me luck!

I love this book: http://wishcraft.com/ for ideas and support on finding new jobs. I've used some of its suggestions many times to successfully move myself to a job I liked/was better suited for.

Do you know what you would like to change to? How many hours can you handle? By when would you like to make the transistion?

Good luck!

To be quite honest, my dream job is in social work. I know that requires me to go back to school and all that, so that's my goal. In the meantime, I have to pay the bills somehow, so that requires me to work part time at least... maybe 25 hrs or so per week. So maybe something flexible, hopefully. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for to be honest. What about you?

Thanks, Perna. I'm having a look at it now. I need the first half of the book as much as the 2nd, maybe more. I need to be wishing for something, as I have kind of given up. (Hopeless.)
