Hi, can someone help me. I notice several times i feel irritated and get palpitated if i am at the back of the person and every co-workers staring at me. It feels like they treat me like a snatcher. How can I control it or to deal with? Its like they playing with me. Please help.

Hi, behemuth. Can you move further to the side so it is clear they are looking at the person and not you? Turn slightly sideways and look elsewhere (change your point of view so you are not looking at the co-workers head-on).

If you mean the person mentions you and you then are looked at by the co-workers, I would smile at my name and look at the floor as if I am embarrassed to be noticed.
