The ABCs of Schedule A for the Hiring Manager

Here's a link to the Hiring Managers Guide to Schedule A. Hard to say if a Vet will or will not get the placement over the one with a disability. I've never been a position, such as this, to hire at this type of government, level.

Here's another link on Schedule A
Schedule A Information for NSEP Award Recipients

Here's a link explaining Veteran's Preference.

Hope those help!

I got a call from the person doing the hiring, he wanted to make sure I still wanted the job before deciding who to interview. I found out the job starts out with6 months of being only part time so I hope it will till have benefits like it is suppose to. If there is no healthcare for me and my husband then I cant take the job.
