Finding today to be a very tough day at work. Counting the hours until I can get out of here and go home. Counting the days 'til the weekend. Counting the weeks until December leave. Counting the months until I (hopefully) have another job...I just want to cry. Coming here for another day seems like torture. I feel like I'd rather be dead.

Try to have an ounce of patience. It goes a long way!
Remember that you're lucky to have a job that provides a salary you can live on, and that the work could always be demeaning or horrible or dirty or just plain unacceptable. You've got an escape plan, so in the meantime keep working on that and don't get frustrated. You're doing what you can at the moment. You're not just accepting that this is all there is, and that's a good start. Keep applying and looking out for jobs, and I'm sure something will surely come calling for you! |

I, too, watch the clock and count down the hours everyday to the weekend. Then on Sunday I'm depressed because I have go back on Monday. I'm, also, tired of putting applications and even get a call. I am a receptionist, so I mainly answer the phones or spend my day scanning papers. I' so bored. But am glad I at least have a job, because many would be happy to have my/or any job. So I shall be thankful today that I have a job.
