My boss is really really getting on my nerves! in general, she's a nice person, but she gets on me for every little freaking thing. Not just me, another employee as well. I'm sure she's like that because her boss does the same to her, just really frustrated right now. I got a call tonight after I got home that I needed to come back because I didn't put dates on something?! Seriously can't she just write it in? If it was my signature maybe it'd be a little different... Idk. I check and double check everything, but there's always something wrong. Yesterday she was getting on me because I can't write in a straight line.... Omg
Sorry for the rant, I don't really even think there's much of a purpose to this post, other than to vent. Thanks for reading

I had a boss like that once and I don't work there anymore thankfully. Sounds like your boss is even worse though, calling you to fill in dates like that. That kind of blows my mind.

It's very wise of you to consider the fact that she has a boss too, hopefully that give you some peace of mind.

Anyway I'm sorry that your boss sucks, there are plenty of horrible bosses out there. It'll get better for you one day.
Thanks for this!

I feel your pain. My boss is the worst, I hate my job. Hating my job definitely adds to my depression

Really i feel for you. my Boss is more **** than yours. he sits right behind me staring my back all 8hrs. all he does is steals his team members work and puts his name.
I am technical person, and he talks all non sense in the field i am an expert. i have shouted at him 2 or 3 times, few in front of my other team members, shameless bas**rd, comes back the next day and talks rubhish. he does the same thing to the other team meber as well. he paints an angry mo**y face always, full of negativity. i would call hime a energy vampire.

after reporting to himm last years (nightmare) ... i am finding ways to over come this period in life and soon i might change jobs.
Hugs from:

redbandit, if you are hourly there is a federal law to protect you from working off the clock. if your salary there is no federal law. if i were you and worked in an office at a computer i would install a recording program onto the desktop and have a webcam record when she is ranting. then take the recording to hr. if she knows the laws she can say its illegal for you to record without permission, but hey the average person is on camera 7x a day without our authorization and the government spies on us all the time like that. if they dont need our permission or a subpoena then y should we?
Thanks for this!
