I work for a sitting company and I have a client that has been sleeping with the next door neighbor, he is MUCH younger than she is, he takes her meds, and just got arrested. Her car got impounded too. He's out now, but I have no idea what the heck is going on over there because she wouldn't tell me. I told my supervisor what is going on but nothing has been done. I'm not supposed to but I've been bringing my boyfriend over there because I don't feel safe. What the crap do I do?

What is a sitting company? Sounds like some kind of home care? You're concerned about your safety, or also hers?

Yeah it's in-home care, and I'm mostly concerned for my safety. I am concerned about her but she kinda put herself in this situation. I've never had to deal with this type of situation before.

Document it and periodically update your boss. If you feel unsafe going there tell your boss and ask them to send somebody else. You might get push back on that. That's why you need to document. That is your indisputable fact journal in case you need it.
You can't do much about her safety unless there is something you are legally required to report or your company decides to report. You can only take care of yourself. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I agree with the documentation, photographs, records and videotapes.
