i work in a medical office and have given injections for almost 30 yrs. Last year I had a sever mental breakdown and have become fragile. Now i find it hard to do my job including basic thing s like giving injections. Lately ive been feeling faint like Im going to pass out while injecting. Its crazy. Whats haappening to me? Im afraid that I wont be able to do my job anymore and it seems like mind over matter. I really have to focus on doing the job and not fainting.

I don't think giving injections should be underrated as an easy task. Most people, let alone one with a mental illness would find giving injections very difficult.

You are being very hard on yourself

Can you speak about this issue to someone? It seems to me you have lost your confidence
