Job when the last time you did it was 2002, the year you crashed and burned? Since then you've been avoiding them for fear it will suck you into the darkness.

Begin now with a good day-night routine. Sleep is top on the list!. Get plenty of rest since the extra activity will drain you physically and emotionally probably.

Then get your eating habits into healthy and often...and make your lunches "on the go" type so you don't succumb to eating out with the office people daily, spending money and continuing the office stress when you need to sit quietly and munch.

You used to work 9-5 and you can again. You did it when you had never done it before...and now you have done it before and can return. It's simple but not easy.

Think of the positive things of it... make a list if you keep forgetting or have troubling remembering... this is a good thing, and I wish you well in your endeavor!
