My life just gets worse and worse I'm on job seekers which is a real problem for my social anxiety so I decoded to go self employed but just before that I missed a interview thing with something called "strive" through the hub because on my way there I had a panic attack and I couldn't make myself go in an now I've got a three month sanction and I don't know what to do anymore

Hi, Erikie. And welcome to Psych Central! I am so sorry. Of course, we never know when our panic attacks are going to occur. Understandably you were feeling a lot of stress.

I'm also sorry for being dumb as a post, but what exactly does "sanctioned" mean?

Are you getting any treatment for your social anxiety?

In this case it means I won't be getting any money for three months and no I haven't had the courage to go to the doctor about it yet
