So, I was getting myself water, from the soda machine. I put the water up there to get ice, but, it fell because it wasn't sturdy enough. Now it won't work.I already told my manger I accidentally knocked it behind there,& told I was sorry. I also asked if there's anything I can do. I still feel guilty, really guilty.

What can she legally do?

I live in Wisconsin. I work at at dine-in(like a Denny's).

Legally, I have no idea. I think it sounds like just a simple mistake and you told your manager which was the right thing to do. I doubt she will take any legal action against you for a little mistake.
Try not to be so hard on yourself things like this happen.
I've broken plenty of things at my jobs

Legally, NOTHING. Employers cannot charge an employee for accidental breakage, or for a machine/equipment failure. (once upon a dark age time...)---And, I doubt very much this is the first time something like this has happened in your work place.
No need to feel guilty over something unintentional (maybe the machine was ready to break...)

If your store serves only one major brand of soda they probably get the machine from that company. They don't even own it. All they have to do is call Coke or Pepsi or whatever and get it fixed or replaced. This type of thing happens all the tiime. I wouldn't worry about it.

I mean they could fire you (first case scenario, not trying to make anyone feel bad) but they cannot expect you to pay for this – especially because it is not as if you did this on purpose. Therefore I think that everything is going to blow over with a few mad looks and an apology (which you already gave)
