I read an artical earlier about a guy who started a new job and everything was grate but a few months down the line his attitude had changed now everyone was out to get him. This man had boredline porsonality disorder just like me.

The whole story I read was just like my experiance at work. I really do believe there trying to get my sacked

My question is how do I tell if my work mates are out to get me or and I just being mental?

Hey, robbstar! Maybe you can tell a counselor your account and see what he/she says. Or you can tell us, trying to be as objective as possible. But, yes, your borderline tendencies might be leading you to see things in an inaccurate way.

Hard to say how to tell fact from fiction in the workplace...I was the target of some unfair targeting from others. Rather than stick it out to find out what was up, I gave in to their nonsense and quit the job. I shouldn't have...so, just go there and pay attention to your work (which is what I should have done)...in my situation, there was an active, documented campaign to get me out - a nitpicking, backstabbing place...but it was a large organization. If your employer is a large employer, then find the pockets of support and stick with it. Just my opinion...
