How is it that wherever I go I come across these people? They do the minimum and try to hand off harder tasks to me whilst barely doing a damn thing? The same people who always look in a bad mood and are always trying to leave early and it's people like me who hold up the foundation, like, get the **** out of here if you're not here to work! Seriously!

I often feel that way, too. I am trying harder to be more like them. Why should I bust my *** if no one else does?

Don't even get me started! I have 2 coworkers who seriously should just stay home. They come in halfway through the day, then stand around talking about makeup & other gossipy things, & try to pawn off as much as they can onto me. I'm like, are you freaking kidding me???
Thanks for this!

Yes, well, I try to be the better person and put forth effort because it's the right thing to do. I can't help but think that people like this will have to learn the hard way some day about the error of their ways.

I work with so many lazy people it's unbelievable. Most of them are high school kids, but there's a few adults that I have to deal with on a daily basis and it drives me up the wall. I guess I was just raised with the belief that you work hard and don't half-*** what you are doing.
