I wanted to see your opinions on this subject.
I'm planning on going to the manager that I see more often that is closer to the top to ask his opinion on my work performance. I've been there for 7 months now and want to see what improvements on his part he would like to see. Plus I wanted to say something about how him and the executive chef had a meeting with a couple of the bakers about changes being made and I was not included. There is too much miscommunication, so I thought it would be good to bring it up to him that I would like to be included a long with asking about my performance. I think that doing this can bring more trust in the relationship with your manager plus yourself. ![]() I just hope it goes well today when I will be able to ask him in the office when it's not busy. It's crazy how the place I work at has about 5+ different managers and they are all at different levels too.

Since you have been on this job for over 6 months, you are well within your right to make this request.
Good luck! |
