My biggest fear is crying at work. I have cried before but fortunately I have been able to get out of the building or hide in the bathroom. I'm super sensitive, want everyone to like me (I know that is not possible) and afraid of conflict. I be been in therapy for years

Hidesad, the bathroom is my hiding place for anger or tears. I have even told people I have allergies. Oh well little fibs to protect my self image are worth it.
One time one of my customers died suddenly and when I called the next week and found out, I went to the bathroom and cried like a baby.
I didn't make a public showing but it is okay to grieve if you pick your place

My problem is always feel like people can see right thru me and know I about to cry (in reality I do not think that true. I have a reputation of not letting things bother me which is not the case I'm just good and hiding it and keeping inside.

Hidesad, when we are most vulnerable we feel all the world knows what is going on inside us. But we really are a mystery until we discuss it with coworkers. As long as we don't snap at people or be rude to them, they probably won't even notice us or if they do won't make a big deal of it.
