I got this interview last last week and she said she will call me last week to come for training, etc. But she didn’t call me last week. **Last Friday, I called her, left a voice mail, I got no response. (I was thinking okay, may be she is busy, finishing some tasks.)
**Last Sunday I called, her voice mail is full, so cannot leave any message (and I wouldn’t want to leave a message, don’t want to sound annoying). I guess she is super busy, she has no time to set up any training for me, so not calling me yet. **Monday, I saw her posted something on the company facebook (15hrs ago), so I called her, and left a message. Again, no response. I feel miserable and a little upset that she is leaving me in the cloud. Today I saw her posting more on the company facebook. I feel depress and angry. I think she shouldn’t leave me in the cloud, hanging, guessing. I deserve a response. I withhold my plans to wait for her. So I can adjust my schedule for her. If during the interview, she didn’t indicate whether I get hire or not, and she didn’t call me back, I understand. But in the interview she said she will call me next week to come for training. Common sense: I got hired. And if she later changes her mind, sure I would feel disappointed, but she should called me to let me know, instead of leaving me guessing. If she is so busy, don’t have time to train me yet, she can call me too, like how much time does it take just make a phone call. But nothing I got nothing, no response, no nothing. Even I called and left a message at the voice mail. No called back no even an email. Yet, there she was posting on the company facebook. As if I never exist, our interview never happened. ( I have depression, but I have no illusion) So I was starting from feeling miserable, lost, to upset, and angry and depress. |

Yeah that really sucks .... I really don't believe she had any right to play around with your anticipation and then ultimately anxiety because that's really unfair on you. An indicator should not have been given in the interview then if there was some inkling that there may have been a change of mind because that's just beating you around the bush down a dead end trail to nothing. I really can't think of anything else other than perhaps they interviewed someone else / people higher up in the organisation chose someone else and maybe she wasn't supposed to have said that to you?
I really don't know. Either way I just wanted to show you support on your post because it's not right at all what this company has done to you |

I'm sorry that this person isn't responding to you. See how the rest of this week goes? You definitely deserve better. It's wrong of her to say something and then next do it. Although at the same time just see how the rest of this week plans out.

Giving her up, she did not reply at all.
I am angry and depress, not because she changed her mind, but because she didn't call me back to let them know what's going on. No reply, no nothing, even I called her twice and left a voice mail. |
