"That's not my job." I work in healthcare and i hear this phrase more often that I should. It shouldn't matter if its your job or not, the job that needs doing matters to someone's healthcare. It irks me so much when i hear this from my coworkers!

In some cases you have to. I was a bank teller, previously head teller (stepped down due to mi/anxiety and panic attacks), and was training to promote when I stepped down. A new company bought the bank, and literally everything was done differently, but the boss still thought of me as the guru. Several times I had to gentally tell him, "I have no idea. That's not my job anymore. Ask *****, she would know."
