Hello,

I don't know where to begin but il start with the fact my work has been getting worse by the minute just don't feel very good at my job . I have bipolar disorder and add and it's interfering I'm having lots of trouble understanding tasks . I'm trying to find out if maybe it's just the wrong career for me I have also lost my passion to want to try harder to make things work . Is there anybody else who has struggled with a job before and felt like they should quit and try something else more suitable ?? I just would hate for it to get so bad that I am fired or have a poor relationship with my boss. If anyone has advice on jobs and when to know if its time to quit please share your experiences as I am struggling and need advice .

Thanks so much
Keltie

I have bipolar disorder as well!! You have to do a job that you enjoy! Even if you don't love it you at least need to enjoy doing it. I know its cliche but when you have this disorder its even more true!!! myself for example i do quite well at work even when going through an episode because my job suits me but then I try a cashier position It creates DISHARMONY in my SPIRIT!! then i start ****ing up and feel really stupid and blah blah you know where this is going !lol...find what suits your personality..

I am in a similar situation... More to that, I already know I will quit, but still, I have to visit this place for a few more weeks in order to earn some money before quitting (I've lost my savings and my relatives are now unable to help me financially even for a month or so).
It's hard, especially when some of my co-workers are nice and count in me, but the job is just terrible for me...
But on a bright side, when we (me and You) find the job we dream of, we'll feel happy as never due to the contrast) Plus, we'll get some experience here, and You never know, when your skills might be useful)

Wish both of us good luck!

Well, Firstly I will get some rest. And after that I plan to start a new job. It is risky, I know, because I'll only have enough money to survive like for a month or so, but I am eager to take the risk.
Besides, after working here I have more understand of what job might suit me well, so I am already seeking for opportunities.
The perfect variant would be if I'll find suitable vacancy before leaving and start working after like a week-long break.
