I went a put in an application and resume to this retirement community as an office employee. That was last week on a whim pretty much and they called me to talk to them this week. I'm excited...cannot wait...it's been a long time since I had an interview...(April 2015)

Thanks, it did go pretty well! I was comfortable and we talked for a half hour. I only fumbled when it came to asking any additional questions. Just froze...

I should know by next week or so...

Yeah, well, the additional questions marks a shift of energy in the interview process! I have also frozen at that point!
