After I got laid off, I found out that my manager was posting on Facebook that were worthless ****s and that he finally had got rid of us, is this legal or is it anything I could do about it.
I have the postings saved on my phone.
Please advise

My advice is to let it go. Anyone who would stoop to this level is not someone you want anything to do with!

It might not be legal, but what recourse do you have now and why would you want to spend your time on this planet trying to "punish" this jerk?

LET IT GO.
