I realized something today its a bit difficult to describe but I'll do my best to explain. I had a tough customer who was critical of me despite knowing that I was new. She didn't want to walk to cust serv to get help from someone who knew more than I did about the store. This made me think that inside she's like a child. She's probably critical of me b/c she's used to having things her way ooooor is so critical of herself that she projects it to others. Or maybe both

. At any rate it's easy to hear and say that those who hurt others are really just hurting themselves but I think I actually saw it unfold before my eyes. So I guess my next thought is if they know it hurts why continue the chain. You know what I mean? Why be critical of someone else when you don't like it yourself? I did get a chuckle out of it though I bet she's one of those people who call others lazy but doesn't want to walk a lil further hahaha (btw she has no disability walks just fine).
I suppose it's possible she had pain (which I wouldn't be able to see) but that doesn't explain the high horse attitude (did that make sense?) Thoughts anyone?
