And I'm not the only one. I work for one of the top 3 banks and they SUCK. I was laid off in September 2013 and hired back in October. There were 12 of us in that and by something like July 2014 a bunch of my classmates got walking papers. I shifted to a new department right before that happened. But not even a YEAR!

I've been wanting out, but this year I got stepped up to 4 weeks vacation so it was going to be hard to want to let that go. I ******HATE them so I really need to find something else. Going to see what I can do about my budget b/c I would LOVE to be able to go to school full time and maybe work part time. Get my degree over with and move on with my life.

I was put on this new medication - Nudexta? For that Pseudo-Bulbar Affect thing. I honestly don't know if I have that as I feel I AM able to control outbursts BUT the urge to cry comes often. My eyes will get glassy or I'll get choked up. It was all to do to keep it together during my performance evaluation when I got "Meets Expectations." And this today? Nada. I was honestly shocked. Guess it's working.

I think feeling chocked up is a common reaction to being unfairly evaluated. I wish I had advice but I'm in a toxic work environment myself. Time for a job search-- unemployment is at least "officially" under 5 %.
